Booking Conditions
Please read through these conditions, and then complete the booking form
1. To reserve accommodation please phone Shona Smallman on 01548 531634 or complete the booking form and send with your deposit for one-third of the holiday cost made out to Stancombe Manor. This deposit is refundable only if accommodation is not available. Telephone reservations will be held for five days awaiting confirmation.
2. The person signing the booking form certifies that he or she is authorised to agree the terms and conditions on behalf of all persons in the party, the signatory being a member of that party and over 18 years of age.
3. The maximum number of guests allowed in each unit (excluding a cot) is clearly stated in the brochure and no person other than those named on the booking form may be accommodated unless confirmed in advance.
4. We suggest you insure against cancellation through your own insurers. Overseas visitors will need to effect insurance in their own country.
5. If you do have to cancel your holiday, please advise us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to re-let your accommodation, but if this is not possible you will be liable for the full amount, payable 60 days before arrival (see 4. above).
6. Guests are asked to leave their accommodation clean and tidy when vacating and to notify us of any damage or breakages, which regrettably must be paid for or replaced before departure.
7. These terms confer upon guests the right to occupy the accommodation for a holiday within the meaning of Section 9 of the Rent Act 1977.
8. All bookings are from 4 pm on the day of arrival, with a departure time of 10 am. Please do not arrive early unless by prior arrangement.
While every care is taken to ensure that our brochure and literature are accurate, we cannot be held liable for any changes or alterations made, nor can we be liable for accidents to guests or any loss or damage to property.
Stancombe provides a relaxing holiday environment and any guest who does not comply with the terms or whose behaviour is detrimental to the property or comfort of other guests will be asked to leave. We reserve the right to decline accommodation and are entitled to reasonable access to each property.
REMINDER: Bring towels, cot bedding and please do not arrive before 4pm.
